Please note the following when purchasing our products from overseas or when using our products outside Japan after purchasing them within Japan.

1. How to Purchase from Overseas

Orders can be placed through our online shop on the website. We accept payment via PayPal or by international bank transfer to our designated Japanese bank account. Please note that any transfer fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipments, shipping fees will be borne by the customer regardless of the order value.
Shipping costs can be quoted in advance upon request.

2. Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty for certain products. However, this warranty is valid only domestically.
If the product is used outside Japan, it will not be covered under this warranty. In the event of a defect, all support services?
including shipping costs?will be at the customer's expense.

3. Instruction Manuals and Customer Support

Instruction manuals for our products and corresponding software are provided in Japanese.
Customer support is available via phone and email in both Japanese and English.

4. Lead Time Before Shipment

The lead times and shipping estimates listed on each product page on our website (eg., 1?3 business days) are based on domestic shipping within Japan. For international shipments, additional time may be required.
